If you prefer professional representation, we’ll outline what that would look like, but the decision is entirely yours.

Cancellations
✅48-hour notice required for cancellations to receive a refund
✅Refunds will be processed minus bank/payment processing fees
✅Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable
Rescheduling
✅24-hour notice required to reschedule your consultation at no charge
✅Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours notice may incur a rebooking fee
✅We'll work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule
No-Shows
✅No refunds will be issued for missed appointments without prior notice
✅If you miss your scheduled consultation, you'll need to book and pay for a new session
